Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Medical Doctor to join our team at Ankur Healthcare Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient consultations, diagnosing and treating fertility and reproductive health conditions, devising and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on advancements in fertility and andrology practices and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality in compliance with medical regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization or experience in andrology, gynecology, obstetrics, or reproductive medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills for infertility and related conditions, including male and female evaluations and genetic counseling.
- Proficiency in performing and overseeing procedures such as IVF, IUI, egg and sperm freezing, and other reproductive health services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
- Team collaboration and coordination abilities with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to medical ethical standards.
- Experience with state-of-the-art reproductive technologies and prior work in fertility clinics will be an added advantage.
